Governors at St Paul’s all attend one Full Governing Body meeting each term, as well as one committee meeting (either Resource & Finance or Curriculum Standards and Quality). These meetings cover Finance, Personnel & H&S and Strategic overview and oversee the financial performance of the school to ensure its money is well spent.

Guidance on Meetings

There will be occasions where attendance at the meetings will include people who are not governors.
A member of the teaching staff will be invited to one of the governing body meetings during an academic year to share relevant information about the progress their class are making and the leadership of their national curriculum subject.
The quorum for a meeting will be at least 3 of the committee members and no more than 1/3 staff.
